Some say it’s important to exercise and be healthy, or be aware of your surroundings, whilst others say you need to meditate and have the right mindset. All well and good for some. Yet, how do people do it and fit it all in?

Let me take you to Gold’s Real Estate office, located on the shiny shores of Pumping Iron Beach!

The surf is up, people are out and about and the sun is shining. Here is a sneak peak into three top performing agents that have got it together and how they have done it.

As I enter the office I see through the window this guy whose biceps are as big as my legs. It’s Arnold! His body is the perfect specimen, totally ripped, not an ounce of fat (what I can make out through his shirt and tie). I’ve heard stories about Arnie before, how his dedication and focus to his training is impeccable and that his discipline and consistency flows over to his prospecting and following up leads. This must be true as his writing around $1 million each year.

We start talking and he leads to the comment “What you put in, is what you get out” he says in his thick European accent. “Exercise gives me the pump for the day, I’m in the office by 745am bouncing off the wall with energy and ready to get on the phone, compared to others who drag their feet in drinking a coffee or energy drink, trying to wake up.”

“Exercising daily is a must, just 45mins of a mixture of weights, running, swimming or cycling gives me the jump on the day” He explains.
