You have created a most successful Real estate agency with Black Diamondz Property Concierge. How, When and Why?

Black Diamondz Property Concierge is now entering it’s 7th year in business. I’m both humbled and proud of the success and impact my company has achieved in such a short amount of time. As a business woman and entrepreneur, I have a number of other very successful and profitable businesses which are to this day, still doing extraordinarily well. To be honest I had retired at the time the idea for Black Diamondz came about. I am blessed to have a very young (and very good looking) husband and property had always been his passion. He wanted to grow a new company, so real estate seemed an appealing choice.

I’m a strong believer in thinking outside of the box. So when the idea was born, I had no interest in building a real estate office that would be standard or ordinary. For this reason, concentrating on luxury real estate was a very obvious choice. I entered the field armed with only passion, drive, energy and a very astute business acumen. Sales is in my history and my blood so even with little true understanding of the real estate landscape, my very first property sold was a $13.5M home in Mosman.

One might call it good luck. One might say good karma.

Black Diamondz Property Concierge grew wonderful and speedy traction due to the fact I identified a niche in the market and capitalized on my strong and ongoing relationships in both my China and my Australia.

What exactly is a property concierge, and how does it differ from a standard real estate company?

My Black Diamondz prides itself on our ability to join the dots and bridge the gap between cultures. We work very hard to be so much more than a standard real estate agency; we are a ‘Property Concierge’. However the true heart of our concierge is far greater than just finding the ideal property. The services we offer are a wide range of industry necessities but in addition to that, we pride ourselves on our unsurpassed ability to facilitate our buyers greatest expectations. This is far broader than simply the ability to furnish their new homes, dress the wardrobe and fill the garages with luxury cars. Our alliances and broad international database allow us to extend an introductory hand with strategic lifestyle and business relationship decisions. This extends to guiding our contacts on lifestyle choices such as Art, Culture, Philanthropy and Social. Black Diamondz genuinely bridges the gap between cultures.
