Northern Regions of Pemba, Nacala and
Nampula with there vast area of natural gas
resources being explored by many multinational corporations, with progress being
made around every corner. This has resulted
in upgraded infrastructure and a boom of
resources being re-channeled into these once
forgotten areas, which have now become the
jewels of Mozambique.
Many real estate developers have shifted
their focus into these areas in order snap
up any remaining land parcels. Most of
these land parcels have already been taken.
Physical construction can be seen in all these
areas from residential housing complexes, to
shopping centers, and commercial offices.
Mozambique, once a quite, yet war torn
country, with a mainly isolated tourist
destination as a major economy contributor,
has shifted considerably in the past few years
thanks to strong economic growth and large
natural mineral discoveries.
Mozambique has now become a true
powerhouse within the African market and
continues to grow at a rapid rate. This is
truly an exciting time within the history of
Mozambique, and shall set the precedent
for future generations to further capitalize
on the re-building of the country and
promote international investment and cooperation, which at the current time, is still
hugely restrictive in terms or processes and
regulations.
