Requirements:
• you must be at least 21 years of age and at
most 60 years of age;
• receipt of salary or a letter from your employer
confirming your salary or (under 45 days);
• letter of assignment of wages;
• contract work (for foreigners only);
• BI for nationals;
• passport, DIRE and Work Permit for foreign
citizens:
• proof of residency (water bill or electricity bill
with less than 90 days);
• consent of spouse (if married / in a community
of property);
• certificate of Land Registry;
• certificate Matrix to acquire the property;
• work Plan (for the property to be constructed);
• minimum deposit of 50% of the funding (for
foreigners only);
• insurance quotes, life insurance and multihousing risks;
• a contract purchase and sale.
