major injuries. Most definitely another mystery!
And so the book goes… escalating, violent domestic
violence… how and why did I survive? A heart problem! A
bleeding disorder! Multiple bouts of cancer! With so many
people dying from cancer, I have had many days and times
when I've wondered why… why I survived so many times.
It sometimes feels like the greatest of all mysteries.
But, life has gone on and the mystery then becomes
not only why did I survive all this; but now that I have,
what will I do with the rest of my life. Needless to say,
family, friends and even medical staff often said, “You
should write a book! It will read like a Ripley's Believe It
Or Not story!” Finally, a friend had become a book
publisher and he sat me down and said, “You should write a
book. You have an awesome story to tell.”
The rest is history!? But is it? The journey continues.
Life gets more exciting as the days go by. Awesome
opportunities keep crossing my path. And yes, the mystery
continues. WHAT will I do with this awesome life I have
been given? WHAT will be the next big thing I do?
Needless to say, one of those awesome opportunities is the
chance to write for Readers Rock online magazine where I
can share so much more with so many more readers!
And I will say it again, the mystery continues… the
first book led me to becoming an internet radio show host
(www.blogtalkradio.com/anna-renault). Thus, since August 2011,
I've been on the air. For the past year, I've hosted three
shows per month for the MedStar Health organization in the
Maryland/D.C. area along with a few shows for Mercy
Medical Center in Baltimore City. I've interview dozens of
authors to help promote their books. And yes, I'm having
