Read, listen or watch something inspirational every morning – Create your own inspirational ritual. Preferably in the morning, that way you start your day with a great boost of inspiration and motivation.

Listen to uplifting music – listen to music that shifts your energy and makes you feel more joyful.

Surround yourself with positive people – Spend time with people that are happy, positive and optimistic. People that will make you laugh, that value your worth and appreciate you for who you really are. People that motivate you and inspire you. Always remember that we radiate the energy that will attract the same energy back into our lives, so choose positive!

Be kind to yourself – Never underestimate the power of kindness. It takes courage to be kind, and it is a choice. So, choose kindness, it changes people’s lives, including yours. Be kind to other people, to animals and the planet. Stop comparing yourself to others, you can make a difference and a positive impact to the world in your own unique way.

Exercise more – It is well known that having a regular exercise practice increases your energy levels and boosts your mood, but it also promotes better sleep, which is one more thing that will contribute to you feeling better and more positive every day.

Get clear on what you want and why – Have the courage to allow yourself to get clear on what would make you feel alive. What is it that you want to achieve that will make your heart sing and why? And then love yourself enough to make a plan and start taking consistent baby steps so you can start living your dreams and live life ON Purpose!
