Journalling

The act of journaling is a wonderful way to record events, happenings, experiences, reflections, observations, dreams and hopes. It can also serve as a dietary log, a place to doodle, and explore options as you ponder a big decision. The joys of writing in a journal is there are no rules. It's your book, your blank canvas, your outlet to express what's going on in your mind. There is a sense of freedom to be yourself, unhidden, unbridled, uncensored.

When we write, we tap into the deep part of Self; the voice that desires to be heard and honored. There's no outside influence to monitor our words of expression. How liberating!
