The Charm
The Charm is a relatively new luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Kemptown,
situated on New Steine, the hotel is literally a stone’s throw from the seafront
and a few minutes walk to the centre of Brighton. It underwent some serious
refurbishment during the summer of 2016 by owner Leo Uong who has
transformed the 200 year old Grade II listed building into a stylish and modern
hotel with a classic ambience and our old friend Ambrose Harcourt suggested
that we check it out.
