Gingerbread House
Christmas is that time of year which evokes wonderful images of
festive celebrations, mulled wine by the fire and presents under
a tree covered in beautiful decorations. Fruit cake has always
been another traditional staple but if you are not a fan consider
making a gingerbread house instead. They are tremendous fun
to create – once you have the basic structure sorted, how you
decorate it is really down to you. They also taste fantastic too
giving you all the warmth of lovely Christmas spices but without
that heaviness that usually accompanies Christmas cake.
