at The Grand Hotel, Brighton
One of the highlights I’ve already got booked in for 2016 is an overnight trip to
Rye Bay Scallop Festival. I am sure my boyfriend, Louis, tolerant of my scallop
addiction is feigning enthusiasm and would much rather be playing football but
he knows how much I worship seafood. So when I was offered a meal at The
Grand’s restaurant, GB1, I was delighted because it specialises in one of my
most favourite types of food.
