GB1 at The Grand Hotel, Brighton One of the highlights I’ve already got booked in for 2016 is an overnight trip to Rye Bay Scallop Festival. I am sure my boyfriend, Louis, tolerant of my scallop addiction is feigning enthusiasm and would much rather be playing football but he knows how much I worship seafood.
