A sure sign that we are having fun. It’s been a busy time in the Re: Magazine office and we’ve even managed to cram in a holiday or two between us. I managed to soak up two weeks of Mediterranean sun during August and have written a little about my love of Cyprus on page 62. In this issue Amy and Liza got to meet hairdresser extraordinaire Trevor Sorbie at his Brighton salon and despite dropping a number of hints, he didn’t practice his scissor work on either of them. Nice try ladies! as we can in this issue. Sussex is such a great picturesque county and Rupert captures it beautifully. It’s always a bit manic in the Re: Magazine office around deadline and we occasionally miss the odd typo. Again we have wordsmith Lorraine Nugent trying to spot them and if she misses any we’ll be paying £5 for each one to our nominated charity – Macmillan Sussex. So if you spot a spelling mistake, do let me know. I hope that you enjoy this autumnal issue. As always I would be grateful for any feedback, good or bad. I’d love to hear what you think of this issue of Re: Magazine so please drop me a line at [email protected] We welcome more lovely people to the MWB family in this issue following our recent merger with long established firm Stuckey Carr & Co, which has meant adding two more offices including Mulberry House in Storrington, which is the subject of an interesting historical piece on page 21. Local Sussex artist Rupert Denyer has kindly shared some of his paintings with us and we’ve tried to include as many Jason Edge Editor 3
