How to make a payment:
All payments to University Courtyard may be made in person, by mail or online payment. University Courtyard accepts cash,
check, debit, Visa/Mastercard, cashiers check, and money order.
Online Payment
Credit Cards
To pay online visit our website at:
www.universitycourtyard.org. Once on the website,
click on, “Forms” then “Online Payment.” You’ll be
taken to a secure website to pay from there!
Payments can be made by presenting the card at
the University Courtyard Accounting Desk or by
paying online.
Checks
Mail or make payment in person as:
Make checks payable to University Courtyard and
include resident’s name/University Courtyard
account number on check. Do not mail cash.
Checks must be:
1. Drawn in US funds.
2. Drawn on US bank.
3. Encoded with the account number on
lower edge of check.

NOTE: A non-refundable service fee of $10 per payment (for each payment plan),
not to exceed $100 per academic year, is required on all payments except the
initial payment. Changes to payment plans after May 31st will be assessed a $50
processing fee.
