Quality assurance
With dedicated professionals and state of the art equipments we do inspection at various stages from surface finish, Cross Hatch Test, Coating thickness, Shade card matching. We assure the quality of the components with fully trained and qualified people dedicated to the job.
Curing Oven
We have one of the largest size oven in this region for curing with the size of 2500mm X 4000 mm. The temperature range is from 50 deg to 400 deg and the oven is calibrated to ensure even temperature in all the areas.
With the wide range of temperature options and a dust proof cabin with a bigger size we can serve large size parts and also the automotive requirement of mass production under one curing cycle.
