Coconut Chocolate Chip Energy Bites These no-bake energy bites come together quickly, freeze well, and, best of all, you probably have most of the ingredients in your pantry already! Coconut Chocolate Chip Energy Bites Ingredients: 1-½ cups rolled oats ½ cup sunflower seed butter ½ cup flax seeds, ground ½ cup agave ½ cup vegan chocolate chips ⅓ cup coconut, shredded, un- sweetened 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract Method: 1. In a medium bowl, combine the 18 Raise Vegan SEPTEMBER 2018 rolled oats, flax seeds, chocolate chips, coconut, chia and cinna- mon. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the sunflower seed butter, agave and the vanilla extract. 2. Pour the wet mixture over the dry and stir until thoroughly combined. The dough will be fairly stiff. 3.
