Dream collaborations?
I have some really weird ones — maybe not that weird — but
random. I love Michael Bublé and Harry Connick Jr. I want to
sing a jazz song with them. Just because I love their voices —
they’re so buttery and rich. And Paul McCartney. Or Steven
Tyler. I would cry.
If not music, what would you want to do?
Something I want to incorporate into my music is love and
encouraging others. I don’t even know what that job would be.
I guess it would be a therapist — even though that gives me
anxiety thinking about that [laughs]. Therapy or philanthropy.
Positive public speaking — even though that terrifies me [laughs
again]. To encourage women — accepting body image — that
kind of stuff is definitely a part of what I want to incorporate in
my music. And my life.
