Where are you from? And how did you eventually
land in Los Angeles?
New York City originally — Greenwich Village actually.
Both my parents were in music. Also, my mom’s a
jewelry designer. It’s kind of bizarre. I have two older
brothers, and we kind of got child-model scouted, which
is hilarious. And so our mom was like, “No,” but my older
brothers both got into acting. And when my one brother
booked a show, we all moved to Los Angeles. So we spent
one semester of [elementary] school in L.A., then the rest
of the year in New York. Then my parents got separated,
and we moved to L.A. permanently. And now I’ve been
out here for a long time.
What’s a long time?
Well, if I tell you then I’ll have to tell you my age. Just
kidding. I don’t care at all. I’ve been out here for 17 years.
