Note: The Elihu Coleman House is listed in the Library of Congress, documentation compiled after 1933, Submitted by Historic American Buildings Survey. The Elihu Coleman House is the only house still standing on the site of the old settlement of Sherburne and is an excellent example of early eighteen century Nantucket architecture.
