220. CHINESE EXPORT FAMILLE VERTE COVERED TUREEN AND
UNDER PLATTER, circa 1830, the tureen with lotus flower finial and painted petals
on a fine moulded cover, on a conforming pedestal body with branch twisted handles
and matching oval under platter, all decorated with pheasants, birds, bugs and butterflies
amongst flowers on a white ground. Tureen Length 14 in. Under Platter 18 in. x 14 ½ in.
