Recovery Steps

DRILL ONE SHUFFLE STEP

Objectives :

1- To maximize recovery from close to the center of the court by using a shuffle step . 2- Minimum effort , maximum result .
Execution : 1- Fed ball or life ball drill . 2- After hitting the ball , forehand or backhand , when the position of the body is relatively close to the center of the court . 3- The player takes one or two shuffle steps to recover . The player can ' t bounce up and down . 4- The player is always facing the court to keep the balance and control .
