LONG-
STANDING RELATIONSHIP WITH
UNIVERSITY OF WEST INDIES (UWI)
DEPARTMENT OF CREATIVE AND
FESTIVAL ARTS (DCFA)
UWI-DCFA students provided interactive creative art
mentorship for R2R Green Space programme,
under the leadership of Jessel Murray, Head of the
Department, Department Coordinator, Mr. Cadette
and Adjunct Professor, Adele Todd.
UWI-DCFA student’s visited Ortoire R.C. and
Guauaguayare R.C. schools and participated in reading
activities and also inquired about students’
environmental experiences. UWI-DCFA students also
distributed student discovery surveys to primary
school students for the development of children’s
books.
Bridge Foundation staff and environmental consultants
also facilitated environmental awareness and story
development workshops at UWI-DCFA campus with
support from authors to review UWI-DCFA student’s
children book drafts.
UWI-DCFA Programme Coordinator, Mr. Cadette and Adjunct
Professor, Ms. Adele Todd advised UWI-DCFA students about
R2R Green Space.
