Neighbours had been notifying us when they detected an irritating noise . It was interesting that the noise we identified was there constantly , but it was more audible at specific times . The origin of the noise is the tertiary metallurgical plant , and we are now in the process of doing modifications to that plant to mitigate the noise ,” says Hattingh .
