Sandvik to display new novel solutions
Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology will showcase a number of innovative solutions at CONEXPO-CON / AGG 2017 , taking place in Las Vegas in March 2017 . Some of the cornerstones of the extensive Sandvik offering of equipment and services will be on display , demonstrating application areas including rock drilling , rock cutting , crushing and screening , loading and hauling , tunnelling , quarrying , and breaking and demolition .
Among the equipment on display will be the new CS550 cone crusher for second stage crushing ; the new QJ341 + mobile jaw crusher with double-deck pre-screen for fines removal ; the electrically driven UI310 + wheeled impact crusher designed for the aggregates industry ; the new QE441 Free Flow mobile scalper for screening products with high moisture contents ; the Pantera DP1100i surface drill rigs with redesigned control system , and updated user interface and touch screen ; and the self-contained Sandvik DT912D and Sandvik DT912D underground drill rigs .
The Sandvik DT912D is a self-contained , air-mist flushing , diesel-hydraulic high reach jumbo designed for fast and accurate drifting and production drilling of 12 – 125m ² cross sections .
The Sandvik QJ341 + jaw crusher comes with a double deck pre-screen as standard to enable the removal of fines , increasing throughput and resulting in greater efficiency , less wear on the crusher , and ultimately higher productivity .
