FOCUS is a prevention service designed to help families manage the stress that arises from the challenges
of military life. The program serves families and couples, and is customized to suit each family’s needs.
FOCUS is offered in several formats: family consultations, family training, couples training, small group
training, workshops, and now through video teleconferencing! FOCUS maintains strong connections with
other military family services to support a network of care for families and couples.
May Tip of the Month
April showers are supposed to bring May flowers, but what is Mom
to do when flowers just aren’t enough to get her through these hectic
spring days? When Mom’s day is filled with caring for everyone else,
what can she do to care for herself? At FOCUS, we teach Moms (and
Dads) fun and useful skills to energize the heart and strategies for much
needed self-care. Don’t just let the mom in your life get by, help her be
the strongest she can be!
