FAMILY CARE PLAN

This workshop will provide you with an understanding
of the Family Care Plan’s policy and information on how
to develop one. When everything is taken care of at
home, Marines can concentrate more on the mission, be
more productive and energetic, feel less family related
stress, and be “Ready”. Come out and learn about all the
documents that goes into a Family Care Plan.
6 HOURS TO A SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIP

Come and learn many new techniques and relationship
tools you can use to ensure your relationship is loving
and lasting. The activities, based on over 20 years of
research in marital health, help couples learn how to
communicate effectively, work as a team to solve problems,
manage conflicts without damaging closeness, manage
expectations, promote intimacy, and preserve an enhance
commitment and friendship.

other spouse who share common interests, new to the
installation, looking for a great group to hang out with.

marriage, engaged or married less than three years.
This seminar teaches couples how to thrive within their
marriage and protect the closeness of their relationship.
You will learn how to not be fearful of whether or not your
relationship will last a lifetime.

mission readiness! Providing engaging workshops that
equip participants with the knowledge and tools they will

L.I.N.K.S. FOR SPOUSES

Are you looking for a battle buddy to help navigate the
military lifestyle? L.I.N.K.S. for Spouses is a great way to meet
new and seasoned Military Spouses. You’ll learn key info
on thriving in this Marine Journey. Participants receive real
life tips, information on Marine Corps culture, and available
resources to enable them to not just survive this journey but
to thrive in the military lifestyle.
FOUR LENSES PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT
WORKSHOP
Thu, 28 Feb, 1300-1500, VEC
An interactive workshop that assesses personalities and
the values, communication styles, and conflict styles they
tend to show. Each personality type is discussed, as well
as strategies for establishing effective communication and
building terrific relationships.
The Quantico Volunteer Information Center provides
approved volunteers the means to control their volunteer
experience.
Registered users can use the site 24-hours a day, seven
days a week to quickly locate volunteer opportunities, sign
up for volunteer events and activities, track hours, print
reports for award purposes, and earn hours for recognition
at the MCBQ Volunteer Appreciation Event held each April at
The Clubs at Quantico.
Volunteer opportunities are provided for informational
purposes for active duty personnel, family members,
retirees, veterans, and civilian employees. The information
