feelings and bring joy back into relationships. This workshop will
help couples express their love for their significant other in the
fashion that their mate would desire. It is based on the platinum
rule “love others the way THEY WANT to be loved!” FAMILY CARE PLAN

This workshop will provide you with an understanding of the
Family Care Plan’s policy and information on how to develop
one. When everything is taken care of at home, Marines can
concentrate more on the mission, be more productive and
energetic, feel less family related stress, and be “Ready.”

station? Coffee Chat is open to all military spouses with quiet

Volunteer opportunities consist of mentoring, office support,
session support and hospitality. Build your resume, meet new
people, and make a difference in your community.
L.I.N.K.S. TEAM MEETING

The Quantico L.I.N.K.S. Team is always seeking new members
to help us serve our Military community aboard MCB Quantico.
The L.I.N.K.S. program seeks to educate Marines and Families
regarding the resources available to them and methods for
meeting the challenges of the military lifestyle. By joining our
team, you can help connect your fellow Marine spouses with
their local community and the wonderful resources and benefits
that are open to them.

The Quantico Volunteer Information Center provides approved volunteers the means to control their volunteer experience. Registered
users can use the site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to quickly locate volunteer opportunities, sign up for volunteer events and
activities, track hours, print reports for award purposes, and earn hours for recognition at the MCBQ Volunteer Appreciation Event held
each April at The Clubs at Quantico.
Volunteer opportunities are provided for informational purposes for active duty personnel, family members, retirees, veterans, and civilian
employees. The information provided on non-Federal volunteer opportunities does not imply official DoD or USMC endorsement.
