CONGRATULATIONS ! to Expeditionary Warfare School ( EWS ) for winning the 2017 Intramural Basketball championship . EWS beat Naval Health Clinic Quantico ( NHCQ ) to earn the crown . Marine Corps Systems Command ( MCSC ) finished in third place .

“ 5 %” WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE – 1 MAY – 16 JUNE , BPAC
This 6-week challenge encourages participants of all fitness levels to lose 5 % of their overall body mass . Reach your goal and receive a t-shirt ! The male and female with the largest weight deficit will win a grand prize ! Registration Weigh-In : 1-3 May Final Weigh-Out : 14-16 June Registration , Weigh-in , and Final Weigh-out are conducted by BPAC trainers by appointment or walk-in ( as available ) on BPAC ’ s 2nd Deck . Put yourself to the test and see if you can be in the 5 %!
4TH ANNUAL FUELED FOR FITNESS CAMP 17-20 JULY , 1300-1500 , BPAC
Two hours of fun , fitness , and food for rising 1st-6th grades . $ 40 per child . Learn how to prepare healthy snack and engage in fitness activities including yoga , obstacle course , and games .
