Our mission is to promote healthy military family development through the prevention, identification, and treatment of
intimate partner violence and child abuse and neglect. FAP stresses early intervention and education to protect victims
and increase family competencies.

A workshop exploring various stress management tools including Four
Lenses, Stress 101, nutrition, strategies for improved sleep, yoga,
breathing and relaxation techniques.

This class is for individuals (even if you are in a relationship) to
learn how to reach your relationship goals through communication,
exploring expectations, and ensuring we “decide” rather than “slide”.
This workshop is perfect for single Marines or those who seem to
move quickly into new relationships.
TRIPLE P SEMINAR SERIES

Join us for a 5 part Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Seminar
Series. For parents with children ages 0-12. Topics discussed include
assertive discipline techniques, having realistic expectations, self-
care as a parent, helping our children deal with emotions, and many
other subjects.

Child-focused workshop exploring co-parenting techniques for parents
that are divorcing or separating. Workshop includes information about
ages and stages of development and how to develop a co-parenting
relationship.

Join us for a special two-hour workshop exploring your creativity
through journaling, art creation and yoga. Workshop will include one
hour of art creation (supplies provided) and sharing followed by a
one-hour yoga practice in the serene setting by the water.
(Alternate inclement weather location will be Barber Physical Activity
Center and will be announced via MCCS Facebook.)
Although this class is free, registration is limited to 10.
