with an understanding of the Family Care Plan policy.
Even if you don’t have a “family”, there are several
other reasons to prepare one. This workshop will help
you realize the importance and effectiveness of being
prepared.

Participate in an interactive workshop for rising Juniors
and Seniors to discuss tips for self-care to navigate
the stresses that come with the beginning stages of
#Adulting. Pizza will be served as we discuss ways to
cope with stress.

ASSISTANT TRAINING

The roles and responsibilities of the Command Team
Advisor focuses on support, advocacy, and mentorship.
The Family Readiness Assistant will compliment and
support the Family Readiness Officer (FRO) in the
execution of the Commander’s vision and intent.
