our Quantico Program. Each team meeting will include
professional development as well as planning sessions
for upcoming L.I.N.K.S. Events. Some of the professional
development training will include excerpts from Five Love
Languages, Four Lenses, and other great communication
and relationship skill training.
FOUR LENSES PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

Four Lenses is an interactive workshop that assesses
personalities and the values, communication styles, and
conflict styles they tend to show. Each personality type is
discussed, as well as strategies for establishing effective
communication and building terrific relationships.

Advisor(s) focus on support, advocacy, and mentorship.
The Family Readiness Assistants will compliment and
support the Family Readiness Officer (FRO) or Deputy FRO,
in the execution of the Commander’s vision and intent.

FOCUS is a prevention service designed to help families manage the stress that arises from the challenges of military
life. The program includes the entire family and is customized to suit each family’s needs. FOCUS is offered in several
formats: family consultations, family training, couples training, small group training, and workshops. FOCUS maintains
strong connections with other military family services to support a network of care for families and couples.

Military families and couples are aware that change is the most “consistent” experience of military life.
