We are taking our 21 SaluteFit class to the pool on a stand-up paddle
board! The class includes yoga, Pilates, and other exercises. There is a
$5 fee and you will need to reserve a spot in the class. You must call
703-784-2339 as there are limited boards available.

Let’s enjoy the morning sun before the summer ends in this special free,
outdoor yoga class. Class will meet on the Butler Stadium track. Bring your
own mat, or borrow one of ours’. (In the event of inclement weather, class
will be inside Barber Physical Activity Center)
