Association for Nutrition. As a graduate
you will be eligible to register on the
Voluntary Register of Nutritionists with
the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
Careers: We hope this degree will give
you a taste for success. It has certainly
been a springboard for our past
graduates to launch careers in public
health nutrition, health promotion, health
media, the food industry and in fitness
and leisure. You may also want to
develop your expertise via a higher
degree (MSc, MPhil or PhD) or expand
the field itself through research, a
government advisory post or product
development.

opportunity to study for one semester at
a university overseas (subject to

Placements: Practical learning in
real-world environments is the perfect
way to consolidate your skills. In Year
Three, students will organise their own
placement. This can be in a variety of
settings, and even overseas. It is likely to
take place in Semester Two or across
the summer.
