See pages 18-19 for more information. Placements You will complete a six-month internship in Year Two. This invaluable work-based experience can take place either in the UK or overseas. Students are responsible for sourcing their internship with a host organisation. To help with the process, we hold a series of classes to help you prepare as well as a speed interview event on campus to match hosts offering placements with students. 113 Careers You will have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to seek management trainee or junior management positions within both the hospitality and tourism sectors.
