Al-Rawdah Primary Girls School and Rabia’a Al-Adaweyia Primary Girls School were honoured For the second consecutive year, the 2017 Government Forum celebrates honouring of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, to the schools wining the ‘Education Quality Award’ Last year, Amina bint Wahab Primary Girls School was honoured; this year Al-Rawdah Primary Girls School and Rabia’a Al-Adaweyia Primary Girls School were recognised. This recognition is a source of pride of our sincere educational competencies who worked hard, and planned to for achieving ‘outstanding’ grade in their review reports in three consecutive review cycles conducted by the Education and Training Quality Authority. On this occasion, the BQA Chief Executive congratulated our wise leadership that gave great attention to education and pointed out that the milestones achieved by Bahrain’s government and private schools reflect the success of the education development initiatives. Dr. Al Mudhahki also stressed that the 2017 Government Success Story achieve the educational excellence. We believe that this remarkable outcome is the fruits of the great efforts exerted by the dedicated teaching and administrative staff of the two schools. They insist on achieving success and provide a solid and promising educational model whose outcomes were reflected in the students’ academic achievement and addressing the quality standards and requirements that we seek in our education institutions. In this context, due credit should be given to the dedicated teaching and administrative staff. 1 Forum went beyond the stage of elaborating achievements to honouring outstanding practices stage, which strengthened the spirit of competitiveness. This will inevitably lead to achieving the objectives of the National Project for Education and Training Development in the Kingdom in line with the principles of justice, competitiveness and sustainability which underpin Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030. We are proud that the sponsor of the education and training development initiatives is His Highness the Crown Prince himself, and we are delighted to see that these initiatives have started to make a difference, and there is still much excellence that we will achieve every day. This is an endless success story, and steps we all decided to take under the patronage of the Supreme Council for Education and Training Development (SCETD) chaired by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Education and Training Development in the Kingdom of Bahrain and with full support by our wise and inspiring leadership. They believed that education is the vault which makes a difference, the Bahraini citizen is the real investment, and Bahrain has been a pioneer in education and culture, and can never underestimate the profile of education.
