the Bohem apartments?
“Bohem is designed to be avant-garde
and greenery is a key part of this.
The apartments sit in one of the main
squares in Adelaide so the design aims
to blur where the building starts and the
park finishes. The first seven levels will
be covered with plants and, because
the six plant species flower at different
times of the year, the building will
change colours with the seasons. The
other materials used are ‘boho’, such
as raw concrete, brick, steel and glass.”
