What is the application process for each Inn? Middle Temple Application documents consist of: 1. Application Form. (downloadable from Website) 2. Signed and dated Admission Declaration Form. 3. Your CV 4. Two Certificates of Good Character from referees. (Should be from people of standing: e.g. former tutors, employers etc.) 5. Bar Council Form. (Schedule MT 1) 6. A certified letter from your university stating that you are currently studying for a law degree. 7. Certified copy of your birth certificate, passport or identity card. 8. Data Protection and Communication Preferences Forms 9. Equality and Diversity Monitoring Questionnaire. Cost of application: £105 one-off payment by debit or credit card. Possible by cheque or money order. *DO NOT provide card details with your application– you will be contacted when we are ready to process your admission fee payment.
