Japan
In accordance with the Action Plan to
Implement the Growth Strategy (decision
of the Headquarters for Japan’s Economic
Revitalisation on 1 October 2013,) which states
“the government will compile, by the end of
this year, measures to make Japanese financial
and capital markets such as measures to divert
individuals’ financial assets as financing for
growth, and measures to realize and utilize
the potential of Asian economies,” the JFSA
and the Ministry of Finance set up the Panel
for Vitalising Financial and Capital Markets.
Consisting of various experts from the financial,
industrial and academic sectors, the Panel is
aimed at holding active discussions from the
broad perspectives of the members.
