cartoon graphics fool you; this is a very tough and hard game. There are so many characters and clubs that very interesting combinations can be used. The best characters require extreme pinpoint accuracy so if you want their power you have to be very good on your swings. You have to CROWN every challenge and they are not easy to master.
As hard as the game is, I still cannot put it down. I am not sure if it is the challenge or the realism but the game always sucks me in. As I stated earlier, I rarely play games after I receive all the trophies but this game is another exception. I play this one most out of any on this list so I guess this might be my favorite.
Southpark: Stick of Truth
I am a huge Southpark fan. When this game got delayed a few times, I was very nervous. When the game was released, I was trying to lower my expectations and boy was I wrong. All the delays in the end were well worth it because even on very high profile sites, this game was winning game of the year awards for game-play and humor. If you enjoy watching the show then you will enjoy the video game because it is the same concept. God Bless Randy Marsh.
Not only is the game-play and humor very good, but the trophies are challenging as well. They are many numerous missable trophies due to needing to collect all weapons, costumes, and friends. The only disappointing aspect of the game was that DLC was not released. On the flip side, they did announce a sequel so I am happy.
The Last of Us
You start off with your character, an older man in a world where a fungal infection is causing people to mutate into creatures. Shortly into the story, you met a young girl who becomes very important. I won’t spoil anything, but the story is absolutely amazing. After finishing, I realized if I wanted to platinum the game I was going to need to play many online games. I always hate being forced to play online…
Playing The Last of Us online is by far the best part of the game which says a lot. Just like in the game, you can make materials for a fight, and then you can try to take down the other team. I was addicted to the 1 death game mode. I found myself helping out my friends after my platinum just as an excuse to continue playing the game. You can get The Last of Us very cheap for either the PS3 or PS4 so I highly recommend getting this game.
