FutureGrind is a futuristic skate-like game in active development and coming to PS4. FutureGrind is a game all about skill, tricks, and speed. The game is played on a track made of rails that run through a 3D environment: some rails are blue, some are red, and some are white. Distance is survival racer and comes to PS4. It fuses the action of arcade racing with exploration. Your car must survive a deadly and mysterious city by jumping, flying, and rotating. Distance is a spiritual sequel to racer Nitronic Rush, created by Refract and 5 others at DigiPen Institute of Technology. Refract is a Seattle-based independent game studio founded by Jordan Hemenway, Kyle Holdwick, and Jason Nollan. Distance comes to PlayStation 4 in 2016. Sit tight!
Here's another you may not have heard about, KLAUS. The game follows Klaus, an office worker who wakes in his basement with no recollection of who or where he is. His only clue is the word Klaus tattooed on his arm - forcing him to find his way out of the mechanical and constructivist world that he finds himself imprisoned in. It is his search for these answers of where and who that lead him to the larger question, why. In terms of gameplay, KLAUS is an organic and reflexive 2D platformer, with 2 playable characters, Boss fights and interactive environments. KLAUS is currently in development for PS4.
