It’s hard to belIeve another IsPa ConferenCe has Come and gone, but as we said at
conference, that doesn’t mean iSPa stops being there for our members.
We have many members who are unable to make it to conference but still find
tremendous value in the year-round resources provided by iSPa. Some name the industry-
leading research as the biggest benefit of their iSPa membership; others cite the iSPa Job

for example: this past week, i found myself on the iSPa website doing research for our
General manager. at Blue harbor resort & Spa, we’re currently exploring new product
lines to bring
in-house, creating a new treatment menu and figuring out a new way to handle our
commission structure for 2020. i knew our Gm would need data, trends and ideas for new
products, so i turned to iSPa’s membership Directory, consumer Snapshot reports and
Snapshot Surveys. after compiling the data, our general manager had everything she
needed to thoughtfully complete this project.
