Connect with Your Spa Family
It can be difficult to stay connected with your spa family while
many spas and resource partners are shut-down. The ISPA
Virtual Chat Series—an all-new program of low-stakes video
chats organized by ISPA—is an easy way to keep in-touch with
others in the industry. These Zoom video calls, moderated by
ISPA staff, provide members with an outlet to connect, share
updates and identify further resources they need as the world
recovers from the economic impact of COVID-19.

What to Do
During a
Shutdown
ISPA staff has consistently heard from ISPA members that they’re not remaining idle while in
shutdown—rather, they’re finding productive ways to pass the time and prep their spas for
reopening. Many newly-unemployed spa professionals are updating their resumes, and you’ll
