juniper to provide a tension-releasing massage,
followed by a warm, grounded mud mask to
recharge, and a thorough hands, feet and scalp
massage. Proceeds from the Forest Therapy
treatment will be donated to Trees America, a local
organization working to address Atlanta’s tree loss,

2. Mii amo recently introduced a seasonal wellness class
called “Intentions Into Actions.” This workshop pairs
guests with members of the spa’s Mindfulness Team
to set intentions. Guests can also take part in Prayer
Arrow-making, which involves creating arrows of
focused intentions, using rice paper, a willow stick,
naturally spun Navajo churro sheep yarn, goose
feathers, sage and lavender sprigs, along with
various crystals to manifest dreams and desires.
Both experiences are complimentary to resort guests.
