1. Auberge resorts announced that the company has
entered into a strategic partnership with the Libra
Group, owners of Grace hotels. auberge will welcome
five award-winning Grace properties in Europe and
the northeastern united States into the auberge
resorts collection portfolio. 3. Spa réveil, located in austin, Texas, received two
awards at the close of 2018. first is the prestigious LuX
Global Excellence award for Best Luxury Day Spa 2018
– Texas. They also received the Travel & hospitality
award for modern Spa of the year 2019 – Texas. 2019
marks Spa réveil’s eleventh year in operation.
2. L’occitane international Sa, parent company of
L’occitane en Provence, has agreed to acquire luxury
skincare brand elemis for approximately $900 million.
L’occitane hopes to spur greater growth in the u.S. and 4. massage envy is partnering with the cortiva
institute, the united States’ largest group of massage
therapy and skin care schools, according to a recent
press release. The partnership aims to enrich cortiva’s
student experience while creating more job opportu-
nities for recent graduates.
