Spa industry Study has officially closed, and i’m sure that colin mcilheney and his team at Pricewaterhousecoopers (Pwc) are now hard at work crunching numbers and compiling ISPA FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS data. The end result will be the formal 2019 Study, OFFICERS released at this fall’s iSPa conference & Expo.
