1. in april, Cottage Breeze Day Spa in Kennebunk, maine, offered all
teachers 50 percent off any 50-minute or 80-minute massage or
facial, to show its appreciation for the teachers’ role in the
community.
2. Universal Companies Inc. is giving back by donating funds from
the sale of its pink gloves and sponges. more than $300,000 has
already been donated to further breast cancer research,
prevention, treatment and education.
