How will you be productive daily? The only answer is by building a foundation in your life with the same things we preach to our guests: health, wellness, exercise, balance. Are you too stressed in general? These are common in any industry, but luckily, we the purveyors of wellness know the tools to fix them. I love the list of 10 Ways to Boost Productivity (page 34) compiled by some of our fellow ISPA members. They don’t just say, “Put down the phone” or “shut off your social media.” We know, Facebook will kill us! Aren’t we sick of hearing it? Technology can be overwhelming, but it can also be an incredible tool for communication, innovation, problem-solving, and, yes, productivity.
