AS OUR INDUSTRY CONTINUES TO NAVIGATE these unprecedented
times, it is now more important than ever to
stay connected with news and developments from our
peers in the industry. ISPA has sought to remain in close
contact with spa professionals through surveys, social
media, Virtual Chats and ISPA Town Halls, which combined
to provide a comprehensive understanding of how spa professionals
were impacted by the pandemic around the
world. The impact of keeping our finger on the pulse of the
industry cannot be overstated, as the increasingly generous
and encouraging initiatives from members throughout
these months have helped to inspire hope and keep other
professionals supported through the most trying times.
The hashtag #ISPAStrong has been embodied by countless
members, and ISPA would like to say a huge THANK YOU
to all members who reached out with initiatives and products
pointed specifically at flattening the curve, slowing the
