And then I use colors, words and images to express what I want to manifest in the coming year. I post that where I can meditate on it throughout the year.” “I like to review the prior year personally and professionally, regroup to decide where I want to be, come up with a game plan on how I can get there, and then recommit to myself, my passion and my profession.” “We arrange a company-wide training and inspiration day each January to come together and share an experience. We then have a spa-specific day, and I love helping select the trainers and speakers that will set the tone for our year.” “Come up with six to eight new ideas that will impact the overall guest experience, then meet with the team to thoroughly discuss and implement three.
