SNAPSHOT SURVEY The October Snapshot Survey was the third of ISPA’s four annual quarterly report Snapshot Surveys. However, it also marked the tenth anniversary of the inaugural Snapshot Survey, and featured a variety of special questions centered on the people who make up the spa industry. Nearly two-thirds of respondents (63 percent) have worked for two or fewer companies over the past ten years, while five percent have worked for more than ten. The average Snapshot Survey respondent works 51 hours a week, spending 20 of those hours on email—no wonder, considering that they also receive, on average, 91 emails each day.
