THIS YEAR, THE CHALLENGES POSED
BY COVID-19 to the ISPA community
to work together on a slate of new
resources: the ISPA Spa Reopening
Toolkit, sanitation guidelines, Town
Halls and more.
Just over 10 years ago, the onset of the
Great Recession caused a similar effect.
In 2009, ISPA transformed the ISPA
Snapshot Survey into a monthly series
of quick-response surveys that has
become a staple of the ISPA member
experience. And in 2011, ISPA worked
with PwC to create the first ever
Consumer Snapshot, which was just nine
pages long. That survey turned into the
Consumer Snapshot Series, which just
recently released its 10th volume:
“Navigating Through the COVID-19
Pandemic.”
