Hannah Duncan, founder of Well Products, which manufactures a range of CBD products, has often encountered these curious but uncertain consumers, who may most often see CBD products in garish packaging near the register in convenience stores. “It makes me laugh when people tell me that they can buy CBD anywhere. You can buy a face cleanser anywhere, too.
